Creating your Best Health

This very short daily meditation is to help create new neural circuits in the brain, for the healthiest version of yourself. The more you can ‘think’ and ‘feel’ the healthiest version of yourself and be (carry out actions) the healthiest version of yourself, the more the body follows the ‘program’ you put into it.

As with all habits, it takes about a month to truly start reprogramming the brain to create healthy habits and interactions with those around us. So if this resonates with you, please practice it for a month.
