Creating Your Best Health Meditation: by Shivi Rayar

This very short daily meditation is to help create new neural circuits in the brain, for the healthiest version of yourself. The more you can ‘think’ and ‘feel’ the healthiest version of yourself and be (carry out actions) the healthiest version of yourself, the more the body follows the ‘program’ you put into it.

As with all habits, it takes about a month to truly start reprogramming the brain to create healthy habits and interactions with those around us. So if this resonates with you, please practice it for a month.

This next meditation is a follow on from the meditation on “creating your best health” and helps you visualise creating in your mind the healthiest environment for those around you and the world. Science has clearly demonstrated the influence of thoughts and feelings on electromagnetic fields and since each one of us has an electromagnetic field, we can intentionally create a positive thought/feeling environment for our world. This meditation is called the book of life as you can create healthy visualisations for different people in your life and the world on each “page of life”.
